Membership

The Qantas Ski Club is the biggest and best club in Qantas with over 400 members from all areas of the business. All levels of skier and boarder are welcome and are encouraged to join. Whilst a love of recently groomed ski trails, good snow reports and fresh mountain air is fundamental to our Ski Club family's shared passion, we also encourage participation from those interested in the social events held off the slopes throughout the year. Spouse/partner and children of Qantas staff are also welcome to join the Club and take part in the fantastic trips, parties and other activities. Membership is open to all individuals who are current or former employees of Qantas Airways Ltd, or employees of Qantas Airways Ltd 100% subsidiary companies including, but not limited to, Jetstar, QantasLink, EFA, Network Aviation, Jetconnect (NZ) and QCC-UK. Former employees will be registered as Alumni Members and receive the same benefits as current employee Members except they will have no voting rights on Club matters.

a) Fees for current employees of Qantas Mainline: $1.00 per week via Qantas Payroll Deduction Authority.
b) Fees for current employees of Qantas 100% subsidiary companies: $52.00 per year via Electronic Funds Transfer (or alternative payment method for those who are not based in Australia).

c) Fees for Alumni (former employees) of Qantas Mainline or 100% subsidiary companies:

Joining fee $30.00; 1 year: $60.00; 2 years: $114.00 (5% discount); 3 years: $162.00 (10% discount). Payment may be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (or alternative payment method for those who are not based in Australia).

Associate Membership is open to spouse/partner and adult children (18 years+) of Members or Alumni; as well as current and former employees of other Australian registered and based airlines. Applications for Associate Membership must be endorsed by a Member or Alumni and approved by the majority of the committee at any meeting.

Joining fee $30.00; 1 year: $60.00; 2 years: $114.00 (5% discount); 3 years: $162.00 (10% discount). Payment may be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (or alternative payment method for those who are not based in Australia).

QANTAS Mainline Payroll Deduction - Free Subscription period: Unlimited For current QANTAS Mainline employees only. There is no annual fee. Membership dues are by Payroll Deduction of $1.00 per week or equivalent.

QANTAS 100% Subsidiary Companies - Annual - $52.00 (AUD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments For current employees of QANTAS 100% subsidiary companies including, but not limited to, Jetstar, QantasLink, EFA, Network Aviation, Jetconnect (NZ) and QCC-UK.

Alumni (former employee) of QANTAS Mainline or 100% Subsidiary Companies - 1 Year - $60.00 (AUD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments For former employees of QANTAS or 100% Subsidiary Company including, but not limited to, Jetstar, QantasLink, EFA, Network Aviation, Jetconnect (NZ) and QCC-UK.

Alumni (former employee) of QANTAS Mainline or 100% Subsidiary Companies - 2 Years - $114.00 (AUD) Subscription period: Half a year No automatically recurring payments For former employees of QANTAS or 100% Subsidiary Company including, but not limited to, Jetstar, QantasLink, EFA, Network Aviation, Jetconnect (NZ) and QCC-UK.

Alumni (former employee) of QANTAS Mainline or 100% Subsidiary Companies - 3 Years - $162.00 (AUD) Subscription period: 3 years No automatically recurring payments For former employees of QANTAS and 100% Subsidiary Company including, but not limited to, Jetstar, QantasLink, EFA, Network Aviation, Jetconnect (NZ) and QCC-UK.

Associate Member - 1 Year - $60.00 (AUD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments For spouse/partner and adult children (18 year+) of Members or Alumni Members; as well as employees of other Australian registered and based airlines. Annual subscription.

Associate Member - 2 Years - $114.00 (AUD) Subscription period: 2 years No automatically recurring payments For spouse/partner and adult children (18 year+) of Members or Alumni Members; as well as employees of other Australian registered and based airlines. Annual subscription.
